1 Introduction to the electrical control and temperature control devices of the power aging bench:
A Truck dimensions L1840*W1220*H1600mm, with 60 product positions. (Sizes can be customized according to your needs)

A Connection method: The product is powered only by DC. Each unit is configured with 12V 4.5A power supply. The aging cabinet is equipped with a quick-connect top connector for connection.
B Panel function keys: Input AC voltage display, start switch, emergency stop switch
C Product zone temperature control accuracy: The product area is enclosed and equipped with insulated glass doors. The temperature control range is 50 to 85 degrees Celsius, with a maximum not exceeding 90 degrees. The temperature uniformity is within ±3 degrees. The time for temperature rise from room temperature to 85 degrees is less than 25 minutes
D Product zone temperature control principle: Low-temperature heating, over-temperature exhaust air
E Truck power distribution and control method: 380V three-phase five-wire power distribution, computer monitoring and manual electrical control. The aging time can be set by the user in minutes
F Truck power supply capacity: 30W * 80 units / 0.8 ≈ 3.0KW. The efficiency of the tested power supply is calculated at 80%. The power supply for the aging cabinet, exhaust fan, heating, etc. is set at 13KW; the actual electricity consumption is approximately 18KW
G Control method: The electronic control can be switched between manual and automatic modes. The aging time supports fixed modes of 1.5H/2H/4H/6H/12H. It also supports manual mode setting, such as 2 hours and 10 minutes.
H Safety Protection: Equipment grounding protection, leakage switch protection, automatic power-off protection upon smoke alarm, and the door can only be opened when the temperature reaches a certain level - all these are safety protections
